What is a project? A project is an endeavor to achieve an objective, with limited time and money. They are different than operations in the sense that we don’t mean the routine things performed daily. In many ways the difference between projects and operations is not always obvious. Many times an operation will involve a series of many projects. What is obvious though is that quality projects have deadlines and they are accomplished when the project goals have been completed or when the project is dropped.
On this page the term ‘result’ will be utilized to mean any project result, whether it’s a changed item, event or process. Projects produce results like brand new car model designs, yearly spending plans, extraordinary gatherings, or other strategies.
